IMPACT DRILLING CUTTERS

These tools are a radical innovation for the elimination of hard residues in the pipes. These cutters are designed to eliminate the hardest concrete, cements and scales. The rotary mill cutter is provided with interchangeable hard metal blades. They mill between 600-3000 hits per minute and up to 8000 kg of impact force. Each diameter of pipe requires different mill diameter. However the adjustable skid body Ø200 to Ø250 and also Ø300 to Ø600 are the same. In order to work in plastic pipes there are special types. If the pulling ring is used, mounted in the front part, the rotary mill cutter can work with half flow. The rotary cutter 13.040 - 13.060, doesn't have striking mecanism.. Can be equipped with different mill types: -Rotary cutter with hard metal blades to mill scale layers, and concrete sediments. -Rotary cutter with diamond blades for concrete and mineral sedimentations. -Rotary cutter with steel blades for roots, wood... The jet comes outs by interchangeable ceramic graft nozzles for longer use. Maximum working pressure: 150 bar
